Terms of Use

These terms explain the practical rules for using Pico and Pico Plus. Pico uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for the app license.

Accounts And Profiles

You are responsible for your Pico account and sign-in method. Pico may display public usernames, display names, avatars, cosmetics, focus progress, friends, and app state.

Do not use abusive, offensive, impersonating, infringing, or objectionable profile content.

Friend And Focus Features

Pico includes limited friend requests, friendships, and shared focus sessions for focus coordination. Pico is not a private messaging app. Pico may moderate, remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts for abuse or misuse.

Virtual Items

Berries, fish, cosmetics, bond rewards, inventory items, and other virtual items have no cash value and may be changed or removed as Pico evolves.

Pico Plus

Pico Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds where available, and payment method management. Manage or cancel Pico Plus through Apple subscriptions.

Account Deletion

Deleting your Pico account deletes Pico account and app data where possible. It does not cancel Pico Plus or any Apple subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately through Apple.

Service Changes

Pico is provided as available and may have bugs, interruptions, data loss, or feature changes.
