Email support with your Pico username, the email or sign-in provider used for your account, your device and iOS version, and a short description of the issue.
Account And Data Deletion
You can delete your Pico account from in-app Settings. If you cannot access the app, email support from the email address associated with your Pico account. Deleting your Pico account does not cancel Pico Plus.
Pico Plus And Purchases
Pico Plus purchases and renewals are managed by Apple. Manage or cancel Pico Plus through Apple subscriptions. If Pico Plus does not unlock in the app, try restore purchases before contacting support.
